Job summary

Benchmark Group, Inc. is seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator to lead the adoption and standardization of BIM workflows across our architectural team. The role requires coordinating with the BIM Manager and multiple disciplines for client projects.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, develop BIM models and families, and stay abreast of industry trends, applying best practices to ensure project excellence.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of education or work experience related to AutoCAD, Revit, or related design platforms.
Proficient in Autodesk programs (AutoCAD and Revit) and industry standards for these programs.
Five (5) years of applicable work experience using CAD/BIM platforms in an Architecture Firm.
Experience in developing and documenting workflows and standards with CAD/BIM platforms and overseeing the implementation of such throughout an organization.
Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

Lead training and implementation of BIM standards, efficiencies, and best practices for Benchmark Group's Architectural team.
Coordinate with BIM Manager and multiple disciplines for all Client teams.
Monitor and research industry trends and collaborate with design teams to develop models and families.
Mentor and train staff regarding BIM software.
