Job summary

Morton Buildings, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Associate to draft detailed construction drawings and specifications used in planning and construction of civil engineering projects at our Morton, IL headquarters.

This on-site role participates in the ArchiTrak program, supports NCARB AXP requirements, and collaborates with engineers, architects, estimators, and project managers. The position includes life insurance, paid holidays and vacation, an ESOP retirement program, and a strong path

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Architecture from NAAB-accredited program.
• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Eligible to work permanently in the U.S.
• Starting salary is $51,000.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural building plans, specifications, and layouts in AutoCAD.
• Create preliminary concept drawings in Revit.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, estimators, project managers, and sales consultants.
• Support cross-functional processes from conception through construction documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
