Responsibilities

• Draw accurate and detailed plans using premier CAD technology, illustrating home plans, building materials, options, etc.
• Develop forms, charts and other construction documents for review by internal decision-makers and future homeowners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent of 2–5 years’ experience in the homebuilding industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop and Google SketchUp.
• Knowledge of residential construction and structural and mechanical designs.
