This full-time, 3rd shift role emphasizes quality, efficiency, teamwork, and safety, with opportunities to grow within the Custom Entrances Department.

You will read specifications, use various tools, inspect for defects, and pack finished goods, with cross-training across areas and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure to 1/32.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and follow directions.
• Strong teamwork and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed and cross-train.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow specification documents provided.
• Fabricate and assemble architectural aluminum products with various tools and machinery.
• Inspect aluminum for quality flaws.
• Use drill guns and hand tools to assemble parts.
• Properly package finished products.
• Follow company quality standards and SOPs.
