Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration with SACAP.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in architectural design.
• Demonstrated experience or strong portfolio in sustainable design and/or urban planning projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino) and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of green building certifications and rating systems (e.g., Green Star SA) is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of arid climate design challenges and solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in Upington .
• Familiarity with the context and challenges of development in the Northern Cape is beneficial.
