Job summary

Hasenstab Architects is seeking an Architect/Project Manager to lead higher education projects in a hands-on, in-person role. The position offers work from our Akron, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh offices with the option for in-office collaboration across locations.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and 10+ years of experience in higher education design, with demonstrated ability to create construction documents and specifications and strong Revit skills.

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the project planning and coordination process from concept through completion.
  • Oversee design development, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Manage construction administration, including contractor questions and RFI responses.

Architect/Project Manager – Higher Education

Hasenstab Architects is seeking a Project Manager specializing in higher education projects. This is an in-person role with the option to work from any of our offices in Akron, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
  • 10+ years of experience designing higher education projects
  • Experience developing construction documents and specifications
  • Understanding of Revit
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members
