Ideal Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture with 10+ years of experience in commercial architecture.
• Experience in developing construction documents and specifications for industrial, warehouse, data center, or distribution center projects.
• Knowledge of code, materials, and methods used in industrial and manufacturing projects.
• Specification writing and construction administration experience.
• Experience working directly with clients, providing updates, and discussing project scope.
• Strong customer service focus, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams, including planning, scheduling, and tracking.
• Willingness to travel; valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Outline project approach and assist with developing project fees.
• Lead programming efforts with clients.
• Design architecture in collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and standards.
• Mentor design team members on operational and technical aspects.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Handle construction administration, contractor questions, and RFI responses.
