Actalent in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead large, multidisciplinary projects from planning through construction. You will serve as the primary client contact, guide design teams, manage budgets and schedules, and drive project success in a collaborative, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required.
• Registered Architect (RA) status preferred.
• 12+ years of architectural experience and 5+ years in project management.
• Proven success leading complex, multidisciplinary projects and teams.
• Strong client relationship, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $64.90/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
