Job summary

Synectics Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking a talented Project Architect/Project Manager to lead design and production on multi-family, senior care, and hospitality projects from concept through construction.

You will manage a small team, coordinate with consultants, and mentor junior staff while balancing design intent with codes and budgets in a hybrid in-office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in architecture or construction documents/administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with building codes, specifications, and building and engineering systems.

Provide architectural design services for Multi-Family, Senior care and Hospitality projects across over 20 states in the US. Description

• The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in construction documents and construction administration. A qualified applicant will be leading a small team on a variety of projects.
• Multi-family and Senior Care projects experience is preferred but not required.
• Offers flexibility for hybrid in-office/ remote work.
