  • Participate in project coordination with internal team members.
  • Help respond to RFIs and field-related issues.
  • Attend site visits and assist with field reports.
  • Assist with managing project schedules and quality control efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the preparation of drawings, models, and design presentations using Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Support project teams in planning, programming, and conceptual design tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and coordination of construction documents, specifications, and technical details.
  • Conduct basic code research and assist with permit documentation under guidance.
  • Participate in project coordination with internal team members and external consultants.
  • Help respond to RFIs, shop drawings, and field-related issues as directed.
  • Attend site visits with senior staff and assist with field reports and punch lists.
  • Assist with managing project schedules, documentation, and quality control efforts.
Qualifications
  • Professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
  • 0–3 years of professional architectural experience; internships or co‑ops are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
  • Working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related visualization tools.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a willingness to learn workflows and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with an interest in constructability and technical designs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
