Collabera is seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to lead diverse projects from concept through occupancy in a hybrid role. You will manage client relationships, project execution, and team leadership while overseeing financial performance across multiple initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in architectural project management, proficiency with AutoCAD, and a track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments such as data centers and clean rooms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Architectural Project Management experience.
• Experience managing projects from concept through occupancy.
• Experience with commercial, industrial, clean room, semiconductor, mission-critical, or data center projects.
• Strong client-facing leadership experience.
• Experience managing project budgets, P&L, and financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, ADA, and accessibility standards.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD.

This is a hybrid Architect and Project Manager role.
