Job summary

ThinkForm Architects in Charleston, SC is seeking an Architect/PM to lead projects from concept through construction documents, coordinating design teams and ensuring alignment with client goals, codes, and the firm’s standards.

You will produce 3D renderings, supervise preparation of CDs, oversee construction administration, and collaborate with consultants, regulatory agencies, and vendors to deliver sustainable, detail‑driven environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture degree required.
• 3 to 15 years of professional experience preferred.
• Licensed Architect or on track to licensure.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction techniques.
• Experience presenting through construction documents and surveys.
• Proficient in Revit and other 3D modeling software.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to lead and follow.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects from concept through construction documents.
• Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction.
• Assist in construction administration and coordination with consultants.
• Collaborate with regulators, writers, and project teams to meet objectives.
• Produce 3D renderings to communicate design concepts.
