Job summary

ThinkForm Architects is seeking an Architect/PM in Hopewell, NJ to lead design and documentation across projects, coordinating with consultants and clients. The role emphasizes producing construction documents and managing administration tasks with proficiency in Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Architecture degree required.
• 5 to 15 years of professional experience.
• Licensed Architect or license track expected.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques.
• Experience in presentation through construction document preparation and existing conditions surveys.
• Proficient in Revit and other 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Participate from concept through construction documents on multiple projects.
• Produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of projects.
• Assist in construction administration.
• Coordinate with consultants, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet project objectives.
• Produce 3D renderings to communicate design concepts.
