Job summary

TRC Worldwide Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Architect to join our growing parking discipline on the East Coast. The role involves leading concept design through construction documents and production, while coordinating with engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The position requires a Licensed Architect (RA) with a professional architecture degree and 10+ years of parking design experience, plus proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect (RA) with professional architecture degree from an accredited program.
• 10+ years of experience in parking design, layout, and site planning.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes and construction detailing.
• Proficiency using REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, static and immersive visualization tools, Bluebeam Revu, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational and verbal and written communication skills.

• Design and develop innovative and functional architectural projects that align with client needs.

Travel

• This position will require travel to various client meetings and events and may require overnight travel.

Experience and qualifications:
