As Architect, you lead project teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, and mentor junior staff. The position requires licensure, Revit mastery, and willingness to travel or work on-site as needed, with work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture or 5-year Bachelor of Architecture Degree.
• Experience as a licensed Architect in the United States.
• Mastery of Autodesk Revit and production of construction documents.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel for meetings, site visits, and other assignments.
• Live within daily commuting distance of the SEH Denver Office.
• Work from home is acceptable; however, be willing to work in the office as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams on complex architectural projects through each phase of a building’s design and construction.
• Assist in the procurement of new architectural projects with new prospective clientele.
• Assist with the preparation of technical proposals for the acquisition of new work.
• Manage communication between the design team, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Help mentor junior employees.
