SEH is seeking an Architect to join our architecture team in a role that blends design excellence with project leadership. This position emphasizes managing complex architectural projects from concept through construction and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.

The ideal candidate will be a Licensed Architect in the United States, proficient in Autodesk Revit, and capable of mentoring junior staff while advancing multiple project types.

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture or 5-year Bachelor or Architecture Degree.
• Experience as a licensed Architect in the United States.
• Demonstratable experience fostering complex architectural projects through each phase of a building’s design and construction.
• Mastery of Autodesk Revit.
• Strong acumen in building design, rendering, and production level modeling in Revit including the preparation of construction documents.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide own means of reliable transportation for occasional day and/or overnight trips including travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc.
• Live within daily commuting distance of the SEH Denver Office.
• Work from home is acceptable; however, the candidate must be willing to work in the office as needed for team collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Lead project teams on complex architectural projects through each phase of a building’s design and construction.
• Assist in the procurement of new architectural projects with new prospective clientele.
• Assist with the preparation of technical proposals for the acquisition of new work.
• Manage communication between the design team, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Help mentor junior employees.
