Foster + Partners in Nashville seeks an Architect with 5+ years of experience to join a world-class studio. You will contribute to landmark projects and drive Construction Documentation, collaborating with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

You bring a recognized Architecture degree with professional accreditation, strong Revit skills, and a proactive, organized approach to design and delivery. The role emphasizes CD/CA delivery and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional architectural experience on large-scale or complex projects.
Recognised degree in Architecture with professional accreditation (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
Strong technical capability and ability to deliver work to a high professional standard.

Responsibilities

Work across all project design stages with a strong focus on Construction Documentation, Administration and Delivery.
Take ownership of specific areas of design and contribute meaningfully to large-scale project development.
Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
Strengthen technical expertise in a Revit-led environment.
