Job summary

Foster + Partners in Nashville seeks an Architect with 5+ years of experience to contribute to a landmark project. You will work across design stages, deliver Construction Documentation and Administration, and own aspects of the design in a collaborative, Revit-led studio.

Ideal candidates will have a recognised architecture degree with accreditation and strong technical skills, ready to grow through CPD and learning in a diverse, equity-focused practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience on large-scale or complex projects.
• Recognised degree in Architecture with professional accreditation (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
• Strong technical capability and ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Proficient in Revit for Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.

What you will bring to the team:

• 5+ years of professional architectural experience, ideally on large‑scale or complex projects.
• A recognised degree in Architecture with relevant professional accreditation (AIA, NCARB, ARB, RIBA or equivalent).
• Strong technical capability and confidence delivering work to a high professional standard.
• Proficient Revit skills, with the ability to produce clear, coordinated Construction Documentation and Construction Administration.
• A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
