Job summary

Kittle Property Group, Inc. invites applications for an Architect Intern to support the full lifecycle of multi-family development, from pre-design to construction administration.

You will work closely with internal teams and third-party consultants, applying design techniques under supervision and ensuring alignment with project parameters. The role emphasizes proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, collaboration across disciplines, and contributing to thoughtful, well-documented designs for

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an architectural curriculum.
• Experience designing multi-family, hotel, or other multi-story habitable units preferred.
• Knowledge of general construction practices.
• Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare preliminary design drawings for state and federally funded tax credit applications.
• Translate schematic drawings into complete construction documents.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, Civil Engineering, and other consultants.
• Assist the Architect with reviewing shop drawings and submittals.
• Support internal department schedules and project demands; travel up to 10% or less.
