Job summary

Kittle Property Group is seeking an Architect Intern to support the Design team through pre-design to construction documentation and administration for multi-family developments. You will collaborate with internal teams and third-party consultants, applying architectural techniques under supervision.

You will gain experience across pre-design, documentation, and construction administration stages while working closely with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in architectural curriculum.
• Experience designing multi-family, hotel, or other multi-story habitable units preferred.
• Knowledge of general construction practices.
• Strong organizational, project management, and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide preliminary design drawings for assigned projects and tax credit applications.
• Translate schematic drawings into construction documents.
• Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders and consultants.
• Review shop drawings and submittals; support site coordination.
• Travel up to 10% or less and support team goals.
