Qualifications

• Accredited professional degree in architecture.
• 5–15 years post-graduate experience in an architectural firm.
• Licensed Architect in the U.S. or pursuing licensure.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local zoning ordinances and building codes.
• Proficient with BIM and design software.
• Experience with multi-family, hospitality, campus, or aviation projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement design philosophy and execute the project through design and construction phases.
• Develop design drawings, visualizations, and studies with project leaders.
• Manage time and organize tasks to meet project deadlines, including oversight of junior team members.
• Collaborate with the project team, including direct coordination with design consultants.
• Oversee all aspects of BIM modeling and mentor junior staff.
• Research and promote opportunities for new or innovative system applications; seek process improvements.
• Engage with the project and studio team with a positive, team-first attitude and willingness to learn and contribute.
