Our client is a design-led architecture and interior design practice based in NYC, specializing in high-end residential projects.

Description:
Our client is seeking a technically strong Architect or Interior Architect to assist with several high-end residential projects entering the Construction Document phase. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience producing highly detailed architectural and interior architectural drawing sets for bidding and construction, with a strong understanding of NYC luxury residential design and detailing.

An Interior Designer with strong architectural detailing and technical production experience will also be considered.

Required:

• Experience with high-end NYC residential interiors

• Strong construction documentation and architectural detailing skills

• Ability to independently produce detailed drawing sets for bidding and construction

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp

• Strong understanding of interior architecture and custom residential detailing

Project Rate:
$45–$55/hour
