Job summary

Bechtel seeks an Architectural professional to support design development for the Knoxville Execution Center. You will prepare studies, drawings, calculations, specifications, and evaluations, aligned with procedures, codes, and contract requirements.

The role emphasizes strong organization, teamwork, problem solving, and an innovative design mindset to deliver infrastructure projects successfully.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) in architecture and 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship is required.
• Experience with architectural design, construction methods, and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Prepare original architectural designs layouts, details, drawings and specifications for buildings.
• Originate and review architectural 3D model content using Revit.
• Prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for architectural elements.
• Demonstrate awareness of building codes and project requirements.
• Collaborate across disciplines to produce integrated project documents.
• Resolve technical issues with customers and construction teams.
• Contribute to an open, trustworthy, team-oriented workplace and deliver client service.
