Job summary

RS&H in Tampa, FL seeks an experienced Architect to join our Corporate Practice. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design corporate workplaces, financial institutions, and commercial environments while leading projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of professional architectural experience with corporate workplace, commercial office, financial institution, or mixed-use project experience preferred.
• Active architectural licensure in good standing.
• Experience leading large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, life safety requirements, and commercial design standards.
• Proficiency in architectural production software and construction documentation, including Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentorship, problem-solving, and innovative design.
• The ability to navigate challenges with professionalism, creativity, and business acumenExperience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and managing client expectations in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
