CRB is seeking an Architect to lead design through programming, planning, and construction administration on diverse projects. You will develop models and drawings in Revit or BIM tools and collaborate closely with engineering and construction teams to ensure coordinated, constructible solutions.

The role requires licensure, five years of experience, and strong communication skills to create documentation and presentations for client review.

Formación

• Architectural license in good standing with NCARB reciprocity.
• Five years professional experience.
• Strong design and documentation skills across all design phases.

Responsabilidades

• Work under experienced Architect to execute all design phases, from programming to construction administration.
• Generate design and construction models and documentation using Revit or BIM software.
• Assist in studies, presentations and reports development.
• Apply working knowledge of International Building Codes to project delivery.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Construction teams to ensure coordinated, constructible designs.
• Conduct basic field investigations of existing systems and structures.
• Participate in drawing reviews, coordination meetings and quality checks.
• Delegate tasks to Architectural Intern / Design staff.
