Jobot is seeking a licensed New York Architect with 5–10 years of experience in K-12 and higher education design to join our growing team in New York. The role focuses on leading design and construction phases, interpreting SED requirements, and delivering compliant, high-quality facilities.

You will build strong client relationships, manage multiple projects, and contribute to business development while enjoying a hybrid work schedule and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect registered in New York.
• 5–10 years of architectural experience with a focus on K-12 and higher education design.
• Strong understanding of SED procedures for public school projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and contribute to all phases of design and construction for K-12 and higher education projects.
• Interpret and implement New York State Education Department (SED) requirements for public school facilities.
• Stay up-to-date with SED procedures and ensure compliance throughout project delivery.
• Build strong client relationships, understanding their vision and ensuring project goals are met.
• Participate in business development efforts, identify new opportunities, and support strategic growth initiatives.
