We are seeking an Enterprise SaaS Solutions Architect to lead the design and governance of scalable, secure, and intelligent SaaS applications across our enterprise ecosystem. This role involves shaping our technology roadmap, ensuring seamless SaaS platform integration, standardizing our Integration Platform, and driving AI-powered capabilities to future-proof our digital infrastructure. The successful candidate will oversee application development and support, ensure data integrity and security, lead a growing team with technical coaching, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Staying updated on emerging AI technologies to enhance our business systems architecture aligned with StackAdapt’s goals is essential.

What you'll be doing:

1. Providing technical and architectural leadership for SaaS business applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, availability, and manageability.
2. Developing and maintaining scalable integration strategies using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS solutions.
3. Collaborating with stakeholders across sales, marketing, finance, and HR to translate business needs into application strategies.
4. Designing end-to-end integrated SaaS solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements.
5. Leading the vision for incorporating AI/ML capabilities into SaaS workflows and decision-making systems.
6. Defining evaluation criteria for selecting new SaaS and integration technologies.
7. Driving architectural reviews, technical due diligence, and system optimization.
8. Mentoring and guiding a team of developers and support staff, fostering a culture of growth.
9. Leading technical design sessions and maintaining comprehensive documentation.
10. Providing best practice guidance for integration design, development, and testing.
11. Establishing and enforcing development standards for reliable and performant solutions.
12. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project implementation.

What you'll bring to the table:

1. 8+ years of experience in enterprise software architecture, focusing on SaaS applications and complex integrations.
2. Deep knowledge of design & integration patterns, protocols, and technologies such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, ETL.
3. Experience with cloud integration platforms (e.g., Workato, Zapier) and microservices architecture.
4. Experience with AI/ML adoption, automation, and analytics architecture.
5. Familiarity with AI tools and integration within architecture frameworks.
6. Success in leading enterprise IT governance frameworks.
7. Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, remote environment.
8. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
9. High-tech industry experience preferred.
