Job summary
Penguin Recruitment Ltd in Dover is seeking an Architect to join a RIBA chartered practice delivering education, healthcare and commercial projects from inception to completion.
You will produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages, work with the design team daily, liaise with contractors and attend site visits. ARB registered with UK experience preferred; Revit proficiency essential.
Qualifications
- ARB registered
- Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect in a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit
- Experience managing projects in education, healthcare, or commercial sectors
- Working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong conceptual and design skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Dover area.
Responsibilities
- Deliver education, healthcare, and commercial projects from inception through to completion
- Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
- Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
- Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
- Attend design team meetings and site visits
