d3 Studio is looking for a skilled and detail oriented Architect/Designer/Drafter with experience in Single Family, Multi-Family, Commercial, & Hospitality projects. This is a remote, contract-based opportunity for a self-motivated professional looking to work on diverse projects and have a lead role. Ideal candidates would be local to Utah.

Responsibilities

• Produce architectural drawings and documentation in Revit.
• Design & detail wide range of projects including single-family, multifamily, and commercial buildings.
• Collaborate with design leads
• Coordinate with consultants and engineers as needed.
• Manage project timelines and communicate progress regularly.

Qualifications

Required:

• Proven experience working on multifamily, single-family, and commercial projects.
• High proficiency in Revit (required).
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple projects.

Preferred:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Familiarity with local permitting processes and zoning regulations.
• Experience with other design & visualization tools (SketchUp, rendering, etc.) is a plus
