[Job Description]

1. Prepare architectural drawings for new construction and remodeling projects
2. Assist in tasks related to rezoning and building codes
3. Make bids on potential building projects
4. Engage in architecture and interior design
5. Review and manage MEPS Engineering

[Required Qualifications]

1. U.S. college/ university graduate including Bachelor’s / Master’s / PhD Degree (or expected graduation)
2. Actively recruiting international students studying in the U.S.
3. Experience in English-speaking countries
4. Fully proficient in business Korean and English
5. Education or experience in architecture or real estate development
