Job summary

The role requires licensure, a degree in architecture, 5–10 years of experience, proficiency with design software, and knowledge of codes and construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed or registered architect required.
• 5-10 years of experience, preferably Critical Facilities projects.
• Experience with design software: Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe CS, MS Office.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, construction, and structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges.
• Support communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and officials.
• Maintain project manual and specifications.
• Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFIs during construction.
