Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Architect/Business Development Executive to lead our sales efforts in the Salt Lake City region. You will communicate design through sketches, qualify opportunities, and close deals to grow our market share within a true design-build framework.

Qualifications

• Experience generating leads via multiple channels (cold calls, networking, email).
• Ability to qualify leads and close deals with clients.
• Able to act as Project Executive from design concept to construction completion.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads from various sources using multiple channels.
• Qualify leads to align interests.
• Close deals ensuring client comfort to proceed.
• Act as Project Executive from concept to construction.
• Work with BD Director on strategy and reporting.
• Understand company market, competitors and opportunities.
• Attend networking events and sponsor as appropriate.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts.
