• Professional degree in Architecture and 7-10+ years of experience, primarily in high-end residential
• Strong expertise of building systems, construction methods, and detailing
• Fluency in Revit, Rhino/Grasshopper, SketchUp, and AutoCAD; familiarity with Enscape, TwinMotion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam a plus
• Proven experience leading teams through all project phases from design development to construction administration
• Exceptional visual, verbal, and written communication skills
• A collaborative and curious mindset with an appreciation for both design intent and technical precision
• Commitment to sustainability and responsible building practices

This is a unique opportunity to lead the execution of a wide range of design-forward projects across our practice and join a team of dedicated, talented designers who value kindness as much as creative ambition.

We have the pleasure of working with sophisticated, interesting clients on projects that vary in size and scope with a strong emphasis on careful detailing. You will also have the chance to shepherd select executive architecture commissions with esteemed partners such as John Pawson, Foster + Partners, and Ferguson & Shamamian. You will oversee projects from concept through construction, ensuring the seamless translation of design vision into built form.
