Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a licensed architect with strong project management experience to lead architectural projects in Chapel Hill, NC. The role focuses on delivering design-focused solutions from concept through construction while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

The candidate should be a proactive leader, capable of balancing multiple priorities with exceptional design standards and clear communication across stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Professional Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program.
  • 7–10 years of experience with an architectural design firm.
  • Proven project management and leadership experience.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit for design and production.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and documentation.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and overall project execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure project goals and deadlines are achieved.

I am seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Registered Architect to join my client's growing team in Chapel Hill, NC This is an excellent opportunity for a design-focused professional who enjoys leading complex projects, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and delivering high-quality architectural solutions from concept through construction.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, natural problem solver, and proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment. We are looking for someone who can take initiative, balance multiple priorities, and successfully manage projects while maintaining exceptional design standards.
