Job summary

EVstudio is seeking an experienced architect/designer to maintain client relationships and guide projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence. You will draft construction documents for custom homes and commercial projects, collaborating with project managers and senior designers to meet client standards.

The role emphasizes supporting documentation updates, model accuracy, and involvement in new projects across Colorado’s Front Range in a hybrid Denver metro setting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience including client facing roles.
• Demonstrated residential project success and local market knowledge.
• Proven leadership skills and a team-first mindset.
• Experience in commercial/multi-family or municipal design is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships.

What Youll Do

Requirements

• Ideally 3 years of experience including client facing roles
• Demonstrated residential project success and local market knowledge
• Proven leadership skills and a team first mindset
• Experience in commercial multi family or municipal design sectors is a plus but NOT required

• We are targeting a base salary of 50000 to 80000 but is determined by several factors including education experience and a history of working in the Denver metro area

Our Hiring Process
