Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Healthcare Projects, including freestanding medical facilities and outpatient offices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for full construction documentation
• 5–10 years of experience coordinating with engineers, clients, and contractors
• Experience with architecture, CDs, architectural design, construction administration, project management, and healthcare design development
• Experience in schematic design and construction drawings

Work Environment

Our firm, located in Middletown, NJ, is expanding and looking to grow to the next level. We currently have a small team of three people and are seeking to add another talented individual due to recent staff changes. We specialize in healthcare projects, including renovations, new buildings, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, freestanding treatment centers, MRI, and CT facilities. Our work is primarily in the tri-state area. We offer a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative work environment where the designs you create will be built. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Middletown, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $48.07/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
