Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Must be local to the area; this is an in-office position and not a remote position.

The Architecture Collaborative (TAC) is seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic and growing firm. We are an energetic, collaborative team passionate about design excellence and creating thoughtful, high-quality architecture.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to design, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to effectively organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced, creative environment. This position offers an opportunity to take a leadership role within our team by serving as a resource and coach for emerging professionals, mentoring younger team members, and helping advance the design capabilities of the firm.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, self-directed, and eager to contribute - both to individual projects and to the continued growth and development of our team.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architectural licensure and experience
• Professional degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program
• Proficiency in Revit
• Must be local to the area; this is an in-office position and not a remote position

Highly Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing single-family and custom residential projects
• Experience with Twinmotion or other architectural visualization software
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or supporting emerging professionals
