A Cleveland-based architectural firm specializing in retail projects is seeking an experienced Architect to join their team.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture
2. 10+ years of experience in architecture
3. Preferably a Registered Architect or working towards registration
4. Background in retail construction, strip malls, and masonry buildings
5. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
6. Ability to produce and complete construction documents and assemble a complete set of CDs
7. Teamwork skills
8. Strong background in retail/commercial facilities (highly preferred)
9. Leadership abilities to assist, lead, and guide subordinate team members
10. Ability to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen
11. U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only
