Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Create innovative and functional designs for residential, commercial, and environmental projects while maintaining MAC7’s high standards for quality and sustainability.
• Project Leadership: Manage architectural projects from initial concept through completion, including budgeting, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work alongside engineers, contractors, and environmental specialists to deliver holistic project solutions.
• Client Engagement: Meet with clients to discuss design concepts, ensure project alignment, and provide professional guidance throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with a minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability standards
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a background check and drug test
