Job summary

MA Design in Columbus, OH is seeking a Project Architect for our Senior Living studio to lead design development and production of technical content. You will drive project outcomes with a focus on quality, coordination, and adherence to schedules.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Architecture, architectural licensure, 5+ years of experience, and strong Revit skills, plus familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office. Join a collaborative team shaping meaningful living spaces.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Architectural licensure.
  • 5+ years experience in architecture.
  • High level of proficiency in Revit; Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of construction materials and sustainable solutions.
  • Understanding of industry technologies and software.
  • Understanding of architectural contracts and internal project budgets.
  • Understanding of building codes per project.
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and contributes to design phase models, drawings, and construction documents using Revit.
  • Review and coordinate submittals and shop drawings.
  • Coordinate QA activities and incorporate review comments.
  • Ensure design deliverables meet schedule, budget, and scope as outlined in the contract.
  • Proactively identifies, communicates, mitigates, and resolves project-related issues.

As a Project Architect in our Senior Living studio, you will perform architectural design and development work and lead the development of technical aspects and content of projects.
