Qualificações

An owner’s project management firm with over 30 years’ experience and a $2,75 billion portfolio, Coast and Harbor is looking for qualified candidates to assist with design review during the preconstruction phase of projects. Services will be provided on as-needed, part-time basis.

Responsibilities Include

• Thorough review of design documents on behalf of the owner for accuracy and consistency, and compliance with the owner’s program.
• Checking that the design adheres to local building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
• Assessing project feasibility relative to budget constraints, site limitations, and project timeline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Autodesk Software (Revit, CAD)
• LEED AP experience and Energy Code Requirements
• Knowledge and/or experience with workplace planning, ADA accessibility, and historic preservation and renovation
