Widseth seeks an experienced Architect to lead design, drive concept-to-completion, and mentor a design-forward team in a fast-paced studio.

You will collaborate with clients and consultants to turn bold ideas into buildable realities, oversee documentation, and coordinate with all stakeholders while balancing budget and codes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with professional credentials in the U.S.
• Minimum of 8 years of consistent architectural practice.
• Strong design sensibility with deep technical depth.
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with Rhino, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities
