We are seeking a well‑rounded Senior Project Architect with strong design sensibility and technical proficiency to join our Architecture studio. The ideal candidate brings experience in core and shell, infrastructure, or ground‑up construction projects, and is capable of leading both early design phases and the development of coordinated construction documentation. This role is suited for a professional who combines design vision with technical discipline, and can translate conceptual ideas into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions. The candidate takes ownership of both design and delivery, leading with clarity and rigor to ensure that project goals, design intent, and technical quality are maintained from concept through construction. Equally important, they contribute positively to the studio culture through thoughtful leadership and mentorship, demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and respect for colleagues, clients, and the communities their work serves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintains continuity of design vision throughout all project phases, from concept through construction administration.
  • Establishes overall strategy for document production and ensures alignment with project design goals, scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Works closely with the Project Manager and design leadership to execute project plans and directly support project delivery.
  • Leads day‑to‑day coordination of internal teams and external consultants, ensuring integration of design and technical requirements.
  • Develops and manages drawing sets, including oversight of layout, detailing, specifications, and documentation standards.
  • Maintains coordination with sub‑consultants and performs regular QA/QC reviews prior to submissions.
  • Implements and enforces BIM standards, file management protocols, and design technology best practices.
  • Oversees construction administration activities, including review of RFIs, submittals, and change documentation.
  • Conducts site visits, prepares field reports, and monitors construction progress to ensure alignment with design intent.
  • Organizes and participates in client and consultant meetings, helping communicate design decisions and project progress.
  • Supervises and mentors less experienced architectural staff, providing guidance on both design and technical development.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements.
  • Promotes the use of design technology to support both design exploration and efficient project delivery.
Role Qualifications
  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in architecture and design.
  • Registered Architect required.
  • NCARB certification and LEED accreditation preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong working knowledge of BIM workflows.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and related design and coordination tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, specifications, and construction methods.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and documentation standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to and advance design concepts through technical execution.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate complex projects across multiple disciplines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Why Join Us?
  • A collaborative, hybrid work environment (3 days onsite).
  • A diverse, creative studio culture grounded in technical rigor and design excellence.
