Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Facilities Information System Manager to administer the Archibus IWMS and related information systems across domestic and international locations. You will map data, design workflows, ensure data integrity, and drive reporting for day-to-day operations and strategic decisions.

You will lead testing, deployments, and continuous improvements while partnering with vendors and business units to optimize space, asset, and change management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex technology platforms (such as Archibus, Esri, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to map system fields for interface management
• Proven analysis skills using Smart Client, Excel, and other IT tools to manage the information system user environment.
• A passion for outstanding data quality and system efficiency
• 5+ years of demonstrated experience managing complex technology platforms
• Familiarity with Archibus or other similar Integrated Workplace Management Systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Archibus IWMS, overseeing system configuration, security, and access levels domestically and internationally.
• Configure, program, test, validate, and deploy system enhancements while ensuring reliable performance across locations.
• Design, map, and maintain system fields, workflows, integrations, and business rules.
• Ensure data integrity, system stability, and optimal platform performance.
• Partner with the hosted solution provider to define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and manage upgrades.
• Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments for releases.
• Evaluate new technologies and functionality to improve facilities operations.
• Develop and deliver user training and documentation for IWMS adoption.
• Meet regularly with facilities staff and stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize user experience.
• Design, implement, and improve SLAs, workflows, and business processes within the IWMS.
• Collaborate with Office Services, MRO and Service Center teams on work orders, preventive maintenance and inventory management.
• Create and govern facilities standards, SOPs and best practices
• Review, create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures
