Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and guiding the sale.
• Maintain expert product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for associates.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports.
• Keep backstock organized and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the floor.
• Ensure accurate price tagging, signage, and presentation of products.
• Maintain a professional appearance and team-focused attitude.
• Communicate professionally with store staff, vendors, and partners.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with safety standards.
• Perform basic math operations and work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
