You will oversee inventory within your shop, maintain attractive displays, and coach associates on product knowledge and sales techniques. The role requires a high school diploma and 1–3 months of related experience; evening/weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required, 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, determining needs, and promoting products and Scheels Visa credit card.
• Maintain expert-level knowledge in selling areas and lead product knowledge training for others.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing internal reports.
• Maintain organized backstock and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are accurately displayed with price tagging, signage, and stickers.
• Keep a professional appearance and team-oriented atmosphere, and communicate professionally with partners and vendors.
• Ensure work area is clean, safe, and compliant with procedures.
• Perform basic math and currency calculations, and handle varied work hours including evenings and weekends.
