Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 1-3 months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, assessing needs, and guiding them through the sale.
• Maintain expert-level product knowledge and lead product knowledge training for other associates.
• Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
• Manage inventory by running and analyzing Internal Flash Reports.
• Maintain an organized backstock and ensure merchandise is displayed and replenished on the sales floor.
• Ensure products are properly displayed with price tagging, stickers, and signage.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-oriented atmosphere.
• Communicate professionally with store staff, campus, vendors, and sales representatives.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
