Job summary

Ohana Pacific Health is hiring a full-time Resident Aide in Honolulu, HI. The role supports residents with daily living activities, safety, & compassionate care within a fast-paced team environment.

The position includes a $1,500 retention bonus for full-time staff or $750 for part-time, plus opportunities for growth, tuition assistance, and competitive benefits in Hawaii's largest local post-acute care provider.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
  • Nurse Aide Program completion preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred.
  • Healthcare environment or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with physical needs: positioning, feeding, transporting, transferring and toileting, ambulating, personal hygiene, and dressing.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties: dusting, sweeping, mopping, restocking items, cleaning bathrooms.
  • Assist with activities and appointments and help residents get to scheduled activities.
  • Review care plans at least weekly or when updated.
  • Assist residents to designated tables for meals.

Day shift 6:00am-2:30pm. Eve shift 2:00pm-10:30pm. NOC shift 10:00pm-6:30am. Weekend availability preferred. Required (Sunday-Thursday) or (Tuesday-Saturday) set Schedule.
