Job summary
Esri's Professional Services team seeks a seasoned GIS architect to design mission-critical geospatial solutions supporting Defense and Intelligence operations. You will lead ArcGIS platform strategies, define secure, scalable architecture for on-premise and cloud deployments, and mentor teams through complex implementations.
Requirements include 8+ years in GIS architecture, ArcGIS Enterprise expertise, and US citizenship with a Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in GIS platform architecture and solution design.
- Experience with ArcGIS Enterprise and cloud/hybrid deployments.
- Security clearance: US Citizenship with active Top Secret/SCI eligibility.
- Knowledge of Oracle/MSSQL and Windows/Linux server environments.
- Strong ability to translate requirements into architecture and designs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ArcGIS-based strategies to meet client requirements.
- Define business continuity for on-premise and cloud deployments.
- Develop best practices for ArcGIS deployment with integrations.
- Translate customer requirements into software architecture specs.
- Mentor staff and lead all stages of implementation with budgets and risk management.
