Job summary

Raas Infotek seeks an experienced ArcGIS Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise geospatial platform. You will own the ArcGIS Enterprise lifecycle, including installation, configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and operational support for GIS services across engineering and compliance functions.

The role requires 5+ years with ArcGIS Enterprise, strong server and database skills (SQL Server / PostgreSQL/PostGIS), and experience with Windows or Linux environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional ArcGIS Enterprise experience.
• Bachelor's degree in GIS, Computer Science, Geography, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years installing, configuring, and supporting ArcGIS Enterprise.
• Strong expertise in ArcGIS Server/Portal administration, Enterprise Geodatabase (ArcSDE), and web services.
• Proficiency with Windows Server and/or Linux, database management (SQL Server, PostgreSQL/PostGIS), and Python scripting.
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support the platform across GIS, database, and web-server layers.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise base deployments and components (Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, ArcGIS Web Adaptor).
• Deploy extensions (GeoEvent, Notebook, Image Server) as needed.
• Configure Desktop/Pro and Engine runtimes, licensing, and patching across SBX/DEV/QA/PROD environments.
• Manage Enterprise Geodatabase, GIS web services, and data store registrations.
